While an email address is provided for people wishing to write in, it should be noted that receiving a reply back is the exception to the rule, not the norm.
Emails often arrive with questionable advertising offers, deals that sound too good to be true, and people interested in peddling their goods or creations. That's fine, thanks for reaching out.
But if there is no reply — and almost always there isn't one — sending a multitude of follow-up emails isn't going to change that.
If a reply doesn't arrive in a timely manner, it probably never will.
It's nothing personal.
